If Buyer (or anyone Buyer resells the Equipment to) chooses to affix any logo, name, or brand (“Buyer Mark”) to the Equipment, the following rules apply:
The trademark “Powered by Precision Land Service” (exactly these words, same capitalization) must be displayed in a clearly visible location on the Equipment.
Before applying any branding, Buyer must email Seller at scott@precisionlandservice.com a picture or drawing showing exactly where and how both the Buyer Mark and the “Powered by Precision Land Service” mark will appear on Equipment purchased.
Seller will respond in writing with approval or required changes.
Branding may be applied only after receiving Seller’s express written approval.
The “Powered by Precision Land Service” mark does not need to be larger than the Buyer Mark, but it must remain clearly legible and reasonably noticeable to an ordinary observer for the entire useful life of the Equipment. Buyer agrees to include the exact same co-branding requirement in any resale or transfer of the Equipment.
